We are a family run business, based in the East Midlands, ideally located to serve all locations, nationwide.

Our business started off as a lift engineering and maintenance business, but listening to the frustration of customers, we slowly adapted the business model to suit the core of our customers and their needs in the care sector. While still maintaining customer focus, we have diversified into three main areas, which are;

Elite Access has grown from listening to the needs of our clients. We have evolved our business to help simplify the vast amounts of service companies and suppliers, to give our clients a good price, without compromising on quality and service.

We use reliable brands for our products and aim to provide customers with good quality products which have good parts networks for longevity, are predominantly UK based or at the least have a UK supply network with tested aftercare.
